What can be helped by EFT (Tapping)?

Almost anything can be improved by EFT. This may sound unbelievable but it has worked for thousands of people on many subjects. I have personal experience and success helping people overcome or dramatically reduce effects of many issues, these include:

ME, phobias, fatigue, pain, depression, weight issues, cravings, smoking, eating issues (bingeing, overeating), anxiety, panic attacks, self-harm, IBS, physical and sexual abuse including childhood rape.

PTSD (Including war veterans), assault and car accidents, OCD, grief, relationship break-ups, auto-immune diseases, fainting, twitches, back and neck pain, and migraines.

Also fear of public speaking, fear of needles, fear of flying and fear of bees, spiders or cows. Low self-esteem and lack of confidence, performance jitters, addictions, smoking and emetaphobia (fear of being sick).

What is EFT (Tapping)?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an extraordinary therapy which offers long-lasting relief from emotional and physical issues. It can eliminate or dramatically reduce fear, pain, cravings, limitations and doubt. It is a comfortable and encouraging therapy that involves gentle finger tapping on the face and hands whilst talking and focusing your mind.

Many of my clients had “tried everything”, more than once, and now have found lasting results. Additionally, you are trained to apply the techniques for yourself so you can continue to progress on your own as often as you’d like.

EFT performed at a high level can neutralise negative emotions and physical symptoms as it releases the cause of the problem. It can change long held inappropriate beliefs and limitations in minutes. This is not a sticking plaster therapy; it provides clarity and lasting change. Click on following pages for more details
