How
is EFT applied by Annie?
|
Annie’s application of EFT is
a unique personalised blend of many of the best therapies
available today. It incorporates EFT tapping with
Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, Kineseology, Life Coaching and
BodyTalk.
Although not commonly known,
EFT is widely used by clinical hypnotherapists and
psychologists as an integral part of their therapy session.
EFT is often the fallback technique when other methods fail.
EFT is also wonderful for
children and teens being less threatening than other
therapies and often seen as fun.
Essentially EFT is a
technique for helping people “rewire” their brain’s neural
networks to allow them to break out of destructive patterns,
and alter how they think of think of things and perceive
their surroundings. If we can change how you feel about
things, we can change how you feel. Our responses to
situations, memories, emotions and beliefs can be shifted
with EFT and changed for the better.

What is EFT (Tapping)?
EFT ( Emotional
Freedom Techniques) is an extraordinary therapy which offers
long-lasting relief from emotional and physical issues. It can
eliminate or dramatically reduce fear, pain, cravings, limitations
and doubt. It is a comfortable and encouraging therapy that involves
gentle finger tapping on the face and hands whilst talking and
focusing your mind.
Many of my clients had “tried
everything”, more than once, and now have found lasting results.
Additionally, you are trained to apply the techniques for yourself
so you can continue to progress on your own as often as you’d like.
EFT performed at a high level can
neutralise negative emotions and physical symptoms as it releases
the cause of the problem. It can change long held inappropriate
beliefs and limitations in minutes. This is not a sticking plaster
therapy; it provides clarity and lasting change.
